Kinema Pickle

Kinema Pickle

There's nothing that can make one salivate (at least me) than the ever ubiquitous kinema (fermented soya bean) of Darjeeling and the Hills. I like it in all forms; dried, curried, in soups, fried rice the list being endless. Having also come across other Kinema lovers like me, I especially concocted this recipe in pickle form for those who would want its unique flavour with just about anything they eat...yes, there are people like that!!
